This year, the project Change Bangkok continues what it began earlier. Last year, from the selection of photographs the place in Bangkok that needs change the most is the Victory Monument.

The designers responsible for the change are Maria Stukoff, an artist from the United Kingdom and Apostrophy’s from Thailand. ‘ Creative Cities km. 0 ’ is creation of program in the area around the monument comes from the observation of behaviors of people who use the area, including the observation of the entire environment such as light, sound and smell. The result is the tool that will turn the area to become more neighborly, and it will be used for the first time during the design festival this October.
