The third Bangkok Design Festival 2009 with The theme Balancing The Future will take place again in Bangkok. The programs of this year include design exhibition from local and international designers together with lecture by renowned designers and workshop which will be organized several hip places in Bangkok. This is an exhibition of German fashion photography from 1945-1995 period organized by IFA. F.C. Gundlach, the curator selects 39 photographers to create the experiences through five decades of fashion photography.

Each topic has 5 coninuous images to portray the main style of each photograph. The exhibition contains 188 photographs, mostly portraits, in order to help in the direction of fashion, as well as proposing a change of attitudes towards women.
